What is causing yellow spots on my willow tree?

Our Advice:

This is willow rust fungus. Spray with an approved fungicide such as Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer or Fungus Fighter Plus Concentrate from Westland. Collect and dispose of fallen leaves to reduce the risk of re-infection.
