What is causing brown spots on the leaves of my pear tree?

Our Advice:

This is pear leaf blister mite, which can be sprayed with Organic 2in1 from Vitax or SB Plant Invigourator to help to check the pest. Only spray on a cool day to avoid damaging the leaves and fruits of your pear tree.
