These perennial plants can be divided in the Spring. Wait until you see the first signs of new shoots and dig up the clump. Pull the rhizomes (underground stems) apart aiming to get 2-3 young shoots on each section. Discarding any old foliage or rotting sections of plant. This plant was recently renamed from Schizostylis to Hesperantha.
