When is the best time to prune Pieris Forest Flame?

Our Advice:

In spring, as soon as the flowers have finished. Pieris can stand being cut down quite low and will produce new shoots from old, bare stems, but may be slow to produce flowers. After pruning, feed with ericaceous fertiliser at 100g per square metre (4oz per square yard).
