When should I prune my Mexican orange blossom bush?

Our Advice:

Prune Choisya ternata just after flowering in the spring. It will respond well to severe pruning but prune to a dormant bud to reduce the risk of die-back. The new shoots can be badly damaged by slugs and frost.
