Is my blue potato bush fully hardy?

Our Advice:

Solanum rantonnetii originates from South America and is a tender shrub, usually grown as a conservatory plant. It needs to be indoors through the winter or it will die, but you could take cuttings to grow indoors and plant out next spring.
