When is the best time to feed camellias?

Our Advice:

These plants go through their main surge of growth as the flowers start to fade, so the best time to feed is just after the flowers have fallen off. Apply an ericaceous feed used for rhododendrons and camellias, either as a liquid feed or a controlled release fertiliser. Make sure the root zone is moist before feeding.
