Aloe vera may not be growing due to a lack of sunlight, poor soil conditions, or lack of nutrients. Aloe vera requires bright, indirect sunlight to thrive, so make sure it is getting enough light. Aloe vera also prefers well-draining soil and may not grow well in heavy or compacted soil. Additionally, Aloe vera may benefit from occasional fertilization with a balanced fertiliser to promote growth.
