Why are my pansies being eaten by pests?

Our Advice:

Pests, such as aphids, slugs, and snails, can damage pansies by eating the leaves and flowers. To prevent pest damage, make sure to inspect your pansies regularly and treat any pests that are found. You can use insecticidal soaps or neem oil to control aphids, and hand-picking or using slug bait can help control slugs and snails.
