What is causing the young leaves to curl over on my plum tree?

Our Advice:

The plant is being attacked by aphids, which distorts the growth and causes the leaf curl. Spray the tree with Bayer Greenfly Killer'>Greenfly Killer from Bayer, making sure you spray the undersides of the leaves. A repeat application may be required, so follow the directions on the carton.
