What are the leaves of my apple trees turning brown and shrivelled?

Our Advice:

This is apple scab, which has started after the heavy rain. Treat with either Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer or Bordeaux Mixture from Vitax. Remove infected fruit, spray the soil around the base of the tree and rake up all fallen leaves and fruit.
