How can I stop red lily beetles ruining my lily plants this year?

Our Advice:

Use either Plant Rescue Bug Killer for Ornamentals from Westland or Provanto Ultimate Bug Killer from Bayer as soon as you see the first signs of the adults on the plants, to kill them as they feed. Also treat any fritillarias you have, as they may be attacked by this pest.
