Will my oleander need to come inside for the winter?

Our Advice:

Yes, these plants are only hardy to around -5C, so it will suffer cold damage or even be killed if we have a hard winter. Move it into a frost-free place or wrap the pot with 2-3 layers of bubble plastic to protect the roots and cover the tops with fleece when its very cold. Support the fleece with canes and secure it with clothes pegs.
