What causes black spots on strawberry tree leaves?

Our Advice:

Arbutus unedo can get leaf spot fungal disease. Apply Systhane Fungus Fighter from Bayer or Fungus Clear Ultra from Scott's and also a fertiliser like Seaweed with Sequestered Iron from Vitax, as leaf spot is always worse on underfed plants.
