Apple and Cinnamon Porridge


Use crisp autumn apples in a warming porridge breakfast flavoured with cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 50g oats
  • 200ml milk or water
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method:

Cook oats in milk/water, stir in apple and cinnamon, simmer 5–7 minutes. Drizzle honey and serve.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Storage: Refrigerate 1 day; reheat gently.
