Kale and Potato Bake


Autumn kale combined with potatoes and cheese makes a hearty, warming bake.

Ingredients:

  • 200g kale, chopped
  • 400g potatoes, sliced
  • 100g grated cheddar
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Layer potatoes and kale in a baking dish, drizzle with cream, sprinkle cheese, bake 30–35 minutes at 180°C.

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Storage: Fridge 2 days; reheat before serving.
