The Husqvarna 120 Mark II chainsaw is the 2019 upgrade to the popular 236 model. It features a 14" (35cm) bar length and a 38.2cc 2-stroke petrol engine with X-Torq technology for lower emissions and reduced fuel consumption. The new carburettor ensures easier starting, improved run ability, and idle control. Enhanced durability comes from heavy engine upgrades, including new main bearings and piston ring. The chainsaw's air injection system reduces wear, prolonging filter life. Safety is increased with a low kickback feature and inertia chain brake. The low vibration system and light 4.7kg weight provide a comfortable user experience. Ideal for homeowners, it's perfect for occasional tree felling, limbing, and firewood cutting.
The Husqvarna 120 Mark II chainsaw has received largely positive feedback and has been praised for being a reliable choice for those seeking an affordable and quality chainsaw. It is easy to use and start, effective and features decent quality plastics that surpass non-branded alternatives. This chainsaw is ideal for homeowners and light work, such as occasional tree felling, limbing, and firewood cutting.
However, it does have some limitations. The power output has been criticised as insufficient for professional use, and it's best suited for lighter work. Overall, the Husqvarna 120 Mark II remains a solid investment, offering good value for money and delivering on its promise of durability and ease of use.
It is a reliable and excellent chain saw. If you want an affordable and good chainsaw, Husqvarna is the way.
Not a great deal of power ,so not recommended for professional use, we now only use it for very light work.
Really great quality chainsaw. Easy to use and start and decent quality plastics. I've bought a non branded chainsaw before and was rubbish compared to this. Definitely worth the extra money and would highly recommend.
