Show off the flavours of fresh onions and mushrooms from the garden in a light and flaky tart, perfect for a cosy dinner. Preheat oven to 200°C. Fry onions and mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Place puff pastry on a baking tray, add vegetables, and whisk eggs with cream and seasoning. Pour over vegetables and bake for 25 minutes until golden. Cooking time: 40 minutes Storage: Store in the fridge for 2-3 days; best eaten fresh.Ingredients:
