These KJ are beasts. There is nothing I havent been able to cook. Low n slow. Curries. Chinese. Cooked breakfast !!!! The quality and KJ warranty is worth the price tag alone. I can't believe how different Camado [sic] Joe is from other barbecues, it grills great and keeps the temperature for a very long time, about 4 hours, the meat is juicy and perfectly cooked, I tried vegetables, they became unique with this slightly smoky taste! The Kamado coals also burn to the end leaving a small ash shovel. Highly recommend!
