Pepperpot Herb Nursery

Company logo for Bosch AXT 25 D Garden Shredder

Pepperpot Herb Nursery is a family business that was established in 1998. Founded on the bedrock of Neil’s love of growing plants and his extensive horticultural knowledge and experience gained through working in the horticultural industry and studying at RBG Kew and Hadlow College, Catherine works alongside him, has a special interest in the uses of herbs in cooking and is mainly involved with the seed sowing, book keeping and selling of the plants at local events. Their eldest son Sam is involved with the running and management of the nursery and you’ll meet him too at Farmers’ Market and Garden Shows. Together with a wonderful like-minded team of horticulturists who propagate, grow, pot, pick, pack and deliver the herbs, we’re kept incredibly busy.

As a specialist herb nursery where we propagate our own stock we’re able to focus on growing a very extensive range of varieties, all in peat free compost and without artificial heat or light so that the plants will adapt to the conditions found in UK gardens. We supply the herbs direct to garden and plant centres including RHS Wisley and RBG Kew, online via our website or direct to the public at local shows and events and if you’re passing by you can also call in to see us and select your own.
