Soleirolia is invasive, but connected, which means you can use a systemic weedkiller to control it all. Try a ready-to-use spray like Superfast, Long Lasting Weedkiller from Neudorff, Doff Knockdown Weedkiller or Roundup from Scott's, applied during dry, calm weather. It may take several applications to bring it under control.
