Sweet garden green beans tossed with toasted almonds make a light summer side dish. Mix beans with olive oil, lemon juice, and almonds. Season and serve chilled or at room temperature. Cooking time: 15 minutes Storage: Fridge 1-2 days.Ingredients:
200g green beans, trimmed and blanched
2 tbsp toasted almonds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
